When I first met Jessica & Todd in their super cute town of Orange, we chatted for hours about important topics such as Battlestar Galactica, Disneyland, and punk bands Todd has been in. I pretty much knew then and there they were my kind of people, so I was more than excited when they took me on as their wedding photographer.

For their engagement session, we planned on going to the Orange County Fair but after sitting in the off ramp freeway exit for 45 minutes without moving and watching the sun dip lower and lower in the sky, we rolled with the punches the universe had thrown us, and headed over to Balboa Fun Zone and the pier in Newport Beach. Score more points for Jessica and Todd: being open and flexible under what could have been a crazy stressful situation, coming up with a great backup location on their feet, and still taking rad photos.
